Having lived in San Antonio for over 15 years, Cathy knows San Antonio and the market conditions. Being a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors® and New Braunfels and Canyon Lake Board of Realtors®, she is also very familiar with our sister counties.
Cathy is one of San Antonio's leading foreclosure specialists. She works directly with banks, mortgage companies and third party companies to list, manage, and sell foreclosed properties. She is the Point of Contact for all asset managers. Cathy provides bids to the various companies, oversees the contractors to make certain repairs are completed as agreed upon, and oversees contracts and billing through to closing.

Debra heads up the Accounting Department for the Goodwin Group. She has worked with Cathy Goodwin for over four years and they work hand-in-hand with all of the billing in the Foreclosure Division. Debra is meticulous in her reporting and billing and is also a licensed Realtor®.
Debra hails from Nebraska, but has been in Texas for 16 years and loves it. She has a strong accounting background.
